The SW70 shrink wrapping machine is widely used in the packaging fields, for example for food, breverage, pharmaceutical and chemical products. The SW70 shrink wrapping machine is suitable for multipacking of products either loose or pre-packed in cartons or trays.
The machine includes all packing steps from infeed and collation, wrapping, sealing to heat shrinking and cooling. A very tight wrapping and sealing reduces the film consumption and heat energy. The open sides of the package makes it easy to unwrap the package.
The SW70 is PLC-controlled with all functions and settings monitored from the touch screen panel integrated in the electrical cabinet. The result is compact machine occupying a small floor area. The integrated electrical cabinet can be placed on either left or right side of the machine.
The machine height is adjustable (730-840 mm), which makes it easy to connect infeed and outfeed conveyors in a production line. Even roller feet are available for flexible production layout. Left/right hand or straight infeed as well as stacking equipment is available as option.
The machine has the possibliy to run two packages (double film reels) simultaneously. This will double the No. of packages/minute.
The heated air in the shrink tunnel can be directed by means of adjustable flaps to achieve a optimised shrink result. These flaps are easily operated from the outside.
