S600-HT

The Sprinter S600-HT is a continuously operating sealing machine with a fixed speed of 60 trays per minute. The machine automatically seals paperboard lids to trays with various heat sealable coatings. The sealing principle is based on hot-air and pressure rollers.

The Sprinter S600-HT is designed using stainless and corrosion-free materials. The machine is equipped with sliding tunnel guards of unbreakable Polycarbonate which provide a clear view and easy access. The built-in drive station is well protected in the side of the machine, as well as the electrical cabinet.The Sprinter S600-HT is equipped with hand wheels with digital read outs for setting (which show the measurement in millimeter) and adjustable stops. Setting of the S600-HT can quickly and easily be changed between different packaging sizes. The hygienic aspects have also been taken care of and the construction follows the norms within the food industry.
