S1000

The Sprinter S1000 three-flap closer gives a very smooth product handling and accomodates a wide range of carton sizes with no fine-tuning time necessary. The positive drive through the machine makes it possible to run low thickness carton as well as corrugated board.
The Sprinter S1000 carton closer uses hot-melt for the sealing of the lid-flaps. A well-proven technique, based on driven, vaccum supported belts is used to feed the cartons through the closer. The cartons can arrive at a random with minimum distance in-between, which means high production at low machine speed.
The Sprinter S1000 is equipped with a lid corrector which guarantees square cartons. Together with the unique turning station it will keep your production running with best result.
The hygienic aspects have also been taken care of and the construction follows the norms within the food industry.
