VAP Multipacker is built for fast collation and wrapping into packets of individually packed consumer products in a wide range of sizes. Up to 125 packets per minute can be produced, and ther are a varity of packing patterns to suit your prticular product.
The wrapping material, plain or printed paper or polypropylene film, is fed continuously and cut from a reel. A patented film feed system makes it easy to adjust the length and position of the film blank.
Products are wrapped to form a packet and heat sealed (if polypropylene is used) or glued (if paper is used).
Production figures are displayed on a display that also showa information, in a chois of language, on the cause of any stoppage and the action to take. Statistics are automatically stored in the machine's memory.
